For account creation and management, we collect personal information including Name, Email Address, User IDs (Firebase UIDs), and secure credentials. Public registration is prohibited; accounts can only be established via authorized invitations.

During enrollment, the application processes front-facing images to generate non-invertible digital face-prints. These descriptors are used strictly for real-time identity verification during duty check-ins and contractor audits to ensure site security. iGate Secure does not share biometric signatures with third parties.

The app collects precise and approximate location data to maintain industrial safety. Background location is used specifically for the 'Guard Patrol' feature to ensure path accuracy during active duty. This location data is SHARED in real-time with authorized facility administrators via the Command Center to ensure operational integrity. Location tracking can be stopped at any time by ending the patrol session.

The app collects and stores photographic data for visitor ID passes, PatrolProof™ verification, and safety incident reporting. These photos are transmitted to our secure cloud storage and are NOT shared with third parties for marketing purposes. They are used strictly for identifying personnel on-site, providing proof of safety compliance, and providing visual evidence for hazard mitigation. This collection is mandatory for the security and auditing functionality of the application.

We collect and store uploaded documents (Files and docs), such as Aadhar Cards and Insurance proofs, provided during contractor onboarding. This data is used strictly to verify statutory compliance before granting site access. All documents are stored in isolated, encrypted cloud silos and are processed as non-ephemeral records for auditing.

The application manages other financial data, including Salary Structures and Bank Account information. This is used strictly for internal payroll calculation, financial auditing, and disbursement tracking within the facility's isolated database silo.

We process email addresses and generate system-level messages to facilitate operational workflows, such as approval requests, visitor alerts, and automated receipts. These communications are archived as part of the facility's official audit trail.

We collect device identifiers (FCM Tokens) to enable push notifications for real-time approval alerts and security notifications. This ensures critical messages reach the intended personnel instantly. These identifiers are stored non-ephemerally to maintain persistent system connectivity.

The app automatically generates crash logs and diagnostic telemetry to maintain the high-fidelity stability required for industrial operations. This data is used solely to identify system errors and improve core performance.

iGate Secure operates on a strict multi-tenant cloud architecture where every facility is assigned an isolated database silo. Data is never shared across facility registries or with external third parties for marketing purposes.

Users have the right to request the deletion of their entire account or specific data points (such as a single incident report). These requests can be initiated through our centralized Ethical Terminal (Contact page) linked below. We ensure that data is purged from the tenant database upon authorized request.
